We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products. If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do include images of the defects and damages in your email when reaching out.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty/skincare products), and undergarments, and any item that we have indicated on our Site as non-returnable or non-refundable. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We unfortunately do not offer any form of product exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for your desired sizing/item.
Refunds for items that are returned
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. We will refund you by your original payment method; and payments can take up to 14-30 working days to process. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
Refunds for items that cannot be returned
For items that cannot be returned, we will only allow a refund in the following situations:
- When you do not receive your order;
- Where you have purchased any non-returnable items that are defective or damaged
